No matter which route you are driving, the section from Shiyakusho-Mae to Nishi-Horibata (市役所前~南堀端~西堀端) is hard to deal with. As shown in the video, there is barely enough time to avoid delay even with full speed.
Be very careful of the last junction in that section (16:13 in the video). If you reach there early, you may encounter TWO rounds of red light there.
(Trivia: since 2018 the stopping platforms of Nishi-Horibata for Hommachi Line were renamed as Hommachi-1-chōme.)
